Services

We install and support Windows-based servers and can architect a secure and remotely accessible network infrastructures ranging in size from 2 to 50 stations. We utilize custom-built servers based on superior Intel motherboards and processors, Sonicwall firewalls and VPN's, 3Com, Netgear, and Cisco switches, and power protection by APC. We can also provide limited Novell NetWare legacy server support.

Our personal, hands-on approach is designed with the small-business in mind as we feel that the extra attention that we provide allows us to stay in touch with each clients needs. We provide ongoing service and support of your network through one of our Virtual IT managed service plans.

Some specific network services we offer include:

  • Microsoft Windows Server installation, support, service and administration.
  • Terminal Services installation, support, service and administration.
  • Backup and Recovery featuring Tandberg tape and disk products and Acronis imaging.
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR) service with automatic off-site backup and server virtualization capability.
  • Go-Global Remote Application Publishing installation and support.
  • Microsoft SQL Server installation and support.
  • Alt-n MDaemon E-Mail Server installation, support, service and administration.
  • Limited (since 2000) Novell NetWare 3.x, NetWare 4.x support, service, and administration.
  • Domain, DNS, Backup MX mail service and support.
  • Sonicwall Firewall, VPN, and SSL VPN installation, support, service and administration.
  • Print and fax server installation, service and support.




We advocate what is best for the customer based on our 20+ years of experience and what we are comfortable supporting. Since we focus on small business, we try to offer solutions that are easy to implement and maintain and that require minimal hardware investments.

Should you require enterprise-level expertise for setup and support of Novell Groupwise or Exchange Server, you should look elsewhere or we'll provide a referral to a Microsoft Solutions Provider qualified in these products or implement a hosted Exchange solution for customers that desire an Exchange solution.
