The Agency Manager
This is our billing and commission system designed
for court reporting agencies that do deposition work. Using this
software, the court reporting agency is able to invoice their clients
(typically attorney's or insurance firms) for the work they produce
and automatically handle payment of commissions to the independent
contracting reporters. This handles the many unique requirements of
the court reporting agency and is sold locally within California due
to regional differences.

DepoVAULT
This is our deposition archiving and cataloging utility
designed for court reporting agencies or individual reporters looking for a better way to
store computer copies of all the depositions which they produce. Because the reporting
agency typically has little control over what software each reporter uses, many agencies
like to keep ASCII files for each deposition on hand so that reprints or future requests
for copies from the attorney or participants can easily be fulfilled. DepoVAULT
takes this a step further by creating a searchable catalog or database
of deposition or job information. |
