What's Available Here

Technical Support is provided via phone, fax, or e-mail to existing clients and is billed hourly or by support contract.  Our support articles and/or download areas are provided free to all that might benefit.

bulletReach us via e-mail at Support@classicmicro.com for general support responses, however, support is only provided to clients.  Clients are encouraged to open a support issue in our new Helpdesk system.  Please inquire if you do not have an account.

bulletReach us by phone at 818-786-1979 during the hours of 9:00AM to 5:00PM M-F.  Extremely urgent premium support for a response within 20 minutes is available by selecting option #4.  You may also fax us at 818-786-1507 for non-emergencies.
