Our new Helpdesk allows us to provide customers with both self-help
support tools through a growing knowledgebase of articles, support
request and issue tracking, plus remote desktop support services without
any software purchase to virtually any broadband internet-connected PC.

Select this option to open our Helpdesk web and check for self-help
articles. An account is required to login and request support or
place orders. If you do not yet have an account, please send us an email and request
access. Accounts are provided only to active clients!

NOTE: Self-help knowledgebase
articles are free to registered clients (limited to the public at large)
and helpdesk support requests are billed at our normal hourly rates and
are dependent upon the priority and time required.

allow support to take control of your desktop and troubleshoot problems.
When prompted, choose Run or Open and select
the option indicated.

NOTE: Our remote support service is completely secure, only
allowing us to take control of your desktop when initiated by you and is
automatically removed after each session. Requires a broadband connection, works
through most firewalls.
