The following are some useful articles taken from our new helpdesk knowledgebase.  I encourage all current clients to visit our helpdesk for complete access to much more complete knowledgebase articles and support services.

Here you'll find short (2-12 min) training videos that may be helpful in learning how to perform specific tasks or software features.
Videos require a Flash video plug-in available free of charge and already installed on most pc's.

Training Videos

More training videos available to clients with access to our helpdesk by selecting Training Videos in the knowledgebase.  Select the video based on your screen resolution, our videos are presented as Flash Video which provides the best quality with a video index.  In some cases a Windows Media Video version in 640x480 resolution may be provided (labeled wmv) which for slow connections (may be downloaded by right-clicking on the link and choosing the Save option) or streamed directly if your bandwidth is 384kbps or better (most all broadband).
