More training videos available to clients with
access to our helpdesk by selecting Training
Videos in the knowledgebase. Select the video based on your screen
resolution, our videos are presented as Flash Video which provides the
best quality with a video index. In some cases a Windows Media Video
version in 640x480 resolution may be
provided (labeled wmv) which for slow connections (may be downloaded by right-clicking on the link and choosing the
Save option) or streamed directly if your bandwidth is 384kbps or better
(most all broadband).
