Virtual IT Service is our hardware and network health maintenance program that provides regular system maintenance and pro-active monitoring functions for a fixed monthly fee.

We find that most clients neglect regular maintenance and this is a leading cause of poor performing systems, and also greater frequency of virus and malware infection in a Windows PC environment. Because the cost of doing such maintenance on a normal hourly basis is high, most clients just don't keep their systems secure with the latest patches, nor do they perform regular scans for virus or spyware. Virtual IT solves that problem by automating much of this work and enabling us to do a great deal more service remotely during your off-peak hours.

• Provides on-site backup appliance, automated off-site storage, fast server recovery through virtualization.

An additional benefit of Virtual IT plans when paired with our built-to-order desktops and servers is the inclusion of an onsite warranty service component for the duration of the hardware warranty period.
